ALEXANDER E. RAMOS, PARTNER.

Alex Ramos is a gritty and zealous advocate. As an Assistant Federal Public Defender he represented hundreds of indigent individuals charged with federal offenses including drug trafficking, homicide, illegal re-entry, child pornography, felon in possession, bank fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, firearms trafficking, and others. It was here where he gained intimate understanding of the frustrations that individuals - and their families - experience as they make their way through the criminal justice system. This awareness serves as a constant reminder that representation of the accused is a personal commitment to them as an individual and not just a client.

FEDERAL CRIMINAL DEFENSE

Facing Federal criminal charges or investigations is stressful and extremely serious.  Federal crimes carry strict penalties, including possible minimum mandatory sentencing, heavy fines, restitution, supervised release and lengthy incarceration.  If you are involved in a Federal criminal case, it is important to have someone that has a firm grasp on the complexities of Federal criminal statutes, Federal rules of criminal procedure, and sentencing guidelines.
